Bactrim will not treat a viral infection such as the common cold or flu. Lioresal has the effect of the drug peaks two hours after each dose and is gone within five hours, so it is best to schedule doses for shortly before the daily activities when relief of spasticity is most important. You should not use Bactrim if you are taking Trimethoprim and Sulfamethoxazole. Baclofen can be taken with or without food. The dose should be taken when remembered unless it is close to the next dose in which case the missed dose can be skipped.
